Azure Indies provides its independent consultants with access to travel products, suppliers, booking systems and tour-operating support. Azure describes its Indies as independent businesses operating under their own brand and maintaining their own client relationships.

3. Holiday enquiries

Information and inspiration displayed on this website is provided to help you explore your holiday options.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a booking or contract for a holiday.

Sarah may contact you following an enquiry to discuss your requirements, provide recommendations and, where requested, prepare a quotation.

4. Quotes and prices

Any prices, availability or holiday information discussed before a booking is confirmed are subject to change.

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed booking unless and until the relevant travel provider’s booking process has been completed and confirmation has been issued.

Where a quotation is provided, Sarah will explain the applicable price, inclusions, payment requirements and any relevant booking conditions.

5. Booking terms

When you decide to book a holiday, the booking will be subject to the booking terms and conditions of the relevant travel provider or tour operator.

Where your holiday is booked through Azure Indies and operated by Azure Luxury Hotel Collection Ltd, the applicable Azure booking terms will apply. Azure’s published booking terms cover matters including payments, cancellations, amendments, changes to holidays, responsibilities, complaints and financial protection.

You will be provided with the relevant booking information and terms applicable to your holiday before or at the point of booking, as appropriate.

These website Terms & Conditions do not replace or override the booking terms applicable to your holiday.

Sarah takes reasonable care to ensure that information published on this website is accurate and up to date.

However, destinations, hotels, facilities, prices, availability and travel arrangements can change.
